Cliptoonz, a mobile app by Inkspotdigital.com has been placed on markets today. It was an effort of 6 months by Dart Innovations team which is finally on live today. The application looks awesome in all sizes of tablets. The app is only for Tablets as it is a designer application. The app is basically to design themes using clip arts, texts, colors and other features. The base set of images are free which is downloaded with the initial app installation. There are huge image sets on in-app purchase which gives users the ability to make the fun themes. The app is available for IOS, Android and Windows 8 platforms.
