Business Development Manager

We are looking for Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in IT sales. As a Business Development Manager at DART, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities in different verticals. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, training and manage the sales team, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

The candidate must be passionate and willing to take ownership of the entire sales, revenue and growth of the organization. In straight, you must be able to feel like an owner.

Objectives of this role :
Identify business opportunities and drive sales
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients 
Use digital techniques to improve digital presence
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met 
Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
Responsibilities :
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients 
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople 
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Skills and qualifications :
Proven record of sales growth 
At least 3 years of experience in IT sales and business development
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques 
Clear verbal and written communication skills 
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
