Citrix Administrator

We need candidate with at least 4+ years of experience in Citrix, Windows and Networking.

Job Description:
Create Virtual Gateways with AAA and nFactor MFA authentication schemas using NetScaler
Performing backups, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for servers associated with Windows and Citrix virtual infrastructure
Maintain patch and vulnerability compliance across entire virtual desktop ecosystem.
1st / 2nd / 3rd line support via our ticketing system
On boarding new clients and users from creating AD account till setting up the group policies
Application installation, publication in CITRIX environment
Setting up VPNs
Manage firewall rules
Cloud administration such as Citrix Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS
Package application
Documentation and strict adherence of standard compliances
Job Requirements:
4+ years building and managing infrastructures including storage, networking, compute, security and virtualization
Strong experience in Citrix NetScaler, Citrix Apps and Desktop
Experience Citrix Cloud is a plus
Thorough knowledge with both Windows and Citrix Hyper Visors
Deep understanding of networks and firewall
Thorough knowledge with Active Directory and DNS
knowledge with server hardware
Clear understanding with multiple OS such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/19, Linux RHEL / Ubuntu and MAC OS
Excellent communication skills in English
