Q What are the Interfaces you can customize with Ericom Connect?

We customize Ericom Connect AccessPortal Web Interface as well Ericom Connect AccessNow interface. Ericom AccessNow is optional which we customize based on customer’s preferences. We discuss this during the requirement phase.

Q Your Custom Interface Package includes of Ericom Connect Administration Web Portal?

No, by default it is not included. However we can also customize the Ericom Connect Administration Web Portal based on Customers’ request.

Q How long an Ericom Connect AccessPortal customization takes?

It takes 2 weeks in general to customize an Ericom Connect AccessPortal Interface. 1 week for design and 1 week for implementation. If you need some custom features it may take little more time based on your requirements which will be discussed at the start of project.

Q What are custom features you can implement with Ericom Connect AccessPortal Interface?

The standard features that most companies require are Announcements, Web Links, OWA Integrations, Documents, Downloads, Active Directory Info, Twitter, RSS and few more. However we are ready to hear your specific requirements and convert them as features for you.

No, if you are only customizing the look and feel. If you are willing to add our custom features then we recommend to go for SQL. You may have a simple SQL Express edition which is good enough. However we have XML based solution which we can offer for the customers those who not like to go for SQL. However that is not recommended.

Q Do you provide support for installing your custom Ericom Connect AccessPortal Interface?

Yes, our Remote Install Assistance applies to all our interface customers at free of cost. We can support you from remote using web based remote programs.

Q Do you offer any bug fix warranty for your Custom Ericom Connect AccessPortal interface?

Yes, a 90 days of bug fix warranty will be offered with our all our Custom Ericom Web Interface packages.
